Location: West Coast Territory (CA, WA, OR, NV, AZ, and surrounding states)

About the Sales & Revenue Team

The Ready Rebound Sales & Revenue team is the growth engine of our organization—responsible for expanding our national footprint and developing strategic partnerships with municipalities and public safety organizations. Every partnership we build strengthens our impact on the front lines, enabling us to deliver exceptional care and outcomes for First Responders nationwide.

About the Role

As the Regional Sales Director – West Coast, you will serve as a “Player-Coach” driving business development efforts while actively leading by example in the field. This role blends hands-on sales execution with strategic market leadership—perfect for a proven sales professional eager to build, lead, and scale a regional sales team as Ready Rebound’s West Coast presence expands.

You will be responsible for developing regional growth strategies, building relationships with key municipal stakeholders, and driving revenue through direct sales engagement. This position will be blend of individual contributor and leader responsible for a combined quota to individual performance and team performance, while overseeing additional account executives, regional growth initiatives, and cross-functional integration with national sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Growth & Leadership

  • Serve as a Player-Coach, balancing direct sales activity with mentorship and leadership of emerging sales talent in the region.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the West Coast territory that aligns with company goals and growth targets.
  • Establish and expand Ready Rebound’s footprint across key municipalities, public safety networks, and regional partnerships.
  • Represent Ready Rebound at regional conferences, association events, and municipal meetings to elevate brand visibility and credibility.
  • Provide strategic feedback and market intelligence to executive leadership, contributing to national sales direction and forecasting.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and engage potential clients, including Fire and Police Departments, City and County Governments, and Risk Management divisions.
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Negotiate and close complex, multi-year contracts and service agreements, ensuring strong alignment of goals and expectations.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Personally lead sales pursuits using the MEDDIC methodology to qualify, uncover client needs, and drive successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop regionally tailored presentations, proposals, and messaging.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals while setting the performance bar for future regional hires.

Market Development & Intelligence

  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform ongoing sales strategies.
  • Identify and cultivate new partnership channels with insurance carriers, TPAs, and healthcare providers to expand reach and value.
  • Serve as a regional expert and ambassador, contributing insights to support broader company growth initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Operations, Client Success, and Clinical teams to ensure smooth implementation of new municipal accounts.
  • Share real-time field insights to help shape service delivery models, client engagement strategies, and product evolution.
  • Support organizational readiness for scale by helping define best practices, playbooks, and sales enablement tools.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Manage the regional sales pipeline using Salesforce, maintaining accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and data integrity.
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in healthcare, municipal partnerships, or B2B solution sales.
  • Proven ability to act as a Player-Coach, driving personal sales success while mentoring others and building a scalable sales culture.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with public sector organizations.
  • Strong understanding of municipal procurement processes, healthcare contracting, and public sector relationship-building.
  • Deep familiarity with the MEDDIC sales framework and disciplined sales execution.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the Western U.S. region.
