Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Telehealth Physicians and Nurse Practitioners to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Telehealth Provider for KeyCare Medical Group, you will provide remote medical care and consultation to patients on the Epic EHR. At KeyCare, we are building a truly integrated telehealth solution that augments and extends the care of our partnered health systems. You will enjoy the ability to view relevant clinical information and background on the patients you serve through Epic’s Care Everywhere solution. Your role in delivering healthcare services to individuals across various locations will have an unparalleled impact on ensuring accessibility and achieving high-quality clinical results.

Qualifications:
- At least five years of experience practicing medicine or as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting, with a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine and clinical decision-making.
- Licensed to practice independently as a Nurse Practitioner, with a demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and manage patient care autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and compassionately to patients.
- Proficiency in using telecommunication platforms and EHR systems for virtual consultations and medical documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients remotely, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing technology, healthcare policies, and patient needs in a dynamic telehealth environment.
- Dedication to ongoing learning and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of emerging trends in telemedicine.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school and valid state medical licenses in at least three of the following states: PA, FL, WI, MN, LA, IL, IN for Physicians; or Master’s degree in Nursing and valid state licenses as a Nurse Practitioner in at least three of the same states for Nurse Practitioners.
- Board certification in a primary care or emergency medicine for Physicians, or board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant field for Nurse Practitioners.
