Job Description

• Key Responsibilities
• Support Daily Operations: Assist with daily activities for inbounding and outbounding medical devices. Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, quality, and production goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key resource for other departments (such as Quality, Engineering, and Sales) by providing data and analysis to support ongoing projects.
• Report on Performance Metrics: Gather, prepare, and analyze operational data to maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership team.
• Analyze Supply Chain Data: Help track the flow of all materials, from purchasing components to shipping finished goods. Analyze supplier performance and inventory data to identify trends, mitigate potential shortages, and reduce waste.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing operations is a plus.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
