Why This Role Exists

Peerbridge Health is building a best-in-class experience for clinics and patients using our Cor cardiac monitoring platform. This role is the operational heartbeat of that experience. As a Patient & Provider Support Specialist, you will ensure our cardiac monitors are reprocessed quickly and accurately, patients receive clear guidance when they need device support, and clinicians can rely on us for fast, knowledgeable assistance.

This is a boots-on-the-ground operations role in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. You will be hands-on with devices, patients, and provider offices every single day. If you are organized, calm under pressure, and naturally gifted at teaching and guiding others, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow with a mission-driven healthcare company.

What Success Looks Like

  • Monitors are reprocessed accurately and shipped without delays.
  • Patients feel supported, confident, and clearly instructed when re-patching or troubleshooting.
  • Clinicians describe Peerbridge as easy to work with and highly responsive.
  • Calls are handled with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Operational tasks are completed quickly without sacrificing quality.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Cardiac Monitor Operations (In-Office)
  • Reprocess returned cardiac monitors following established quality and compliance procedures.
  • Inspect, clean, test, and prepare devices for redeployment.
  • Package and coordinate outgoing shipments.

  • Maintain organized inventory and workspace standards.

2. Patient Support (Inbound)

  • Answer inbound calls from patients wearing cardiac monitors.
  • Guide patients through re-patching and device troubleshooting.
  • Provide clear, step-by-step education in a calm and reassuring manner.
  • Document interactions accurately in our ticketing/CRM system.
  • Escalate clinical concerns appropriately.

3. Clinician Support Line

  • Assist clinic staff with device-related questions and workflow needs.
  • Triage technical vs. clinical vs. logistics issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution and proper follow-up.
  • Maintain a professional, solutions-oriented presence with provider offices.

4. Cross-Functional Startup Support

  • Assist with small operational needs across teams as they arise.
  • Help improve internal workflows by identifying inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-first culture.
  • Adapt quickly as processes evolve in a growing company.

  • High attention to detail and comfort following structured processes.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with medical devices and following compliance protocols.
  • Proficiency with basic technology (CRM systems, documentation tools, Google Workspace, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in teaching, coaching, or instructional roles.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and handling sensitive information.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.

Traits We’re Looking For

  • High empathy + high accountability
  • Calm under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
