Who we are, Sales and Revenue:
Ready Rebound is in search of a dynamic and passionate individual to join our Sales and Revenue team. The team plays a pivotal role in sourcing, qualifying and securing sales deals in their assigned territory region, contributing to the return to work, sports medicine approach for First Responders around the country.
About the Account Executive role:
As a dynamic Account Executive at Ready Rebound, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with Fire and Police Departments, city government officials, including administration, Risk Management and/or HR, as well as other crucial stakeholders vital to identifying opportunities, crafting solutions, and closing deals to expand Ready Rebound services nationwide.
Additionally, you will focus on promoting Ready Rebound’s return-to-work sports medicine solution, which helps Fire and Police Department members, and their family members recover from on- or off-duty injuries and return to service/life in a prompt and effective manner. This role will require engaging with multiple municipal stakeholders, including Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, Risk Management, HR, and City Managers, to effectively communicate and sell our product.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and engage with potential clients, including fire and police departments, to promote Ready Rebound’s return-to-work sports medicine solution.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including department leaders, municipal managers, and healthcare administrators.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, such as Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, Risk Management, HR, and City Managers, to align on needs and objectives.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Leverage the MEDDIC sales process to qualify leads, uncover client pain points, and drive deals to closure.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored sales presentations, proposals, and collateral that highlight the benefits of our solution for injured First Responders.
Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Provide regular feedback to leadership on market dynamics and client needs, specifically within fire and police departments.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including operations and client services, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of our return-to-work solution for new clients.
Partner with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and generate leads.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage leads, track opportunities, and generate accurate sales reports.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, municipal, or B2B environments.
Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and close complex deals.
Knowledge of the MEDDIC sales process with a disciplined approach to applying it in daily sales activities.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred) and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel nationally as needed (up to 50%).
