About the Brand Marketing Intern Role:

Ready Rebound is looking for a Brand Marketing Intern to create social media content and support marketing operations. In this role, you’ll help develop flyers, advertisements, and digital materials using Canva, assist with social media content creation, and play a key role in managing materials, shipments, and conference support. The ideal candidate will have experience with Canva and enjoy graphic design projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on improving first responder healthcare. Brand Marketing Intern Responsibilities:

Ordering and Distribution:

  • Assist in ordering materials and supplies for the organization.
  • Distribute materials to the appropriate departments or individuals as needed.

Social Media Development & Management:

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across social media platforms to increase brand engagement and awareness.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.

Testimonial Gathering:

  • Work with the Client Success Team to obtain video testimonials from clients
  • Regularly share these testimonials on social media platforms

Marketing Collateral Development:

  • Assist the marketing team is developing new marketing collateral (Flyers, advertisements, videos, testimonials, etc.)
  • Use of Canva to develop digital and print materials

Materials Management:

  • Assist with preparing materials for RFP (Request for Proposal) submissions, including flash drives, printing, and packaging.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels of marketing materials and collateral.

Shipping and Postage:

  • Prepare and manage shipments using ShipStation.
  • Print and manage shipping labels for outgoing packages.

Conference Support:

  • Support sales and business development efforts related to conferences by preparing conference materials.
  • Assist in packaging and shipping items needed for conferences and events.

Opportunities:

  • Gain practical experience in logistics, materials coordination, and administrative support for marketing department functions.

  • Hands-on exposure to startup operations and healthcare industry initiatives.
  • Gain understanding of business operations including; Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Clinical Services.

Duration and Schedule:

This internship is a part-time position with flexible hours, offering a minimum commitment of (20) hours per week. The duration of the internship will be 3 months, with potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • College student entering their Junior or Senior year in a Marketing or related major
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility, accountability, and motivation with a team orientated mindset.
  • Must possess superior interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to connect with others and display empathy while problem solving member's individual needs.
  • Highly organized and capable of working in a dynamic environment with flexible hours.
  • Enjoys content creation on Canva and social media execution
