About the Product Manager role:
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for driving the successful development and delivery of our Recover product line. This role combines the strategic oversight of a Program Manager with the hands-on responsibilities of a Product Owner. You will be the main point of contact between the technical team, marketing, sales, and customers, ensuring that the product is technically competitive, meets customer needs, and is delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities, Duties, and Objectives:

1. Build and Manage Product Roadmap:
· Work with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to collect business requirements and ensure they are translated into product features.
· Customer facing to facilitate product research, including competitive analysis, pricing and packaging, and product marketing
· Create a product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on business impact and customer needs and communicate it clearly to all stakeholders.
· Manage the product development process from ideation through to launch, ensuring the product meets customer expectations and business goals.
· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform data-driven decisions.
· Collaborate with IT to develop systems and processes that drive exceptional service.
2. Backlog Management:
· Create and maintain a prioritized project backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
· Analyze product performance and make adjustments to optimize results.
· Refine the backlog based on feedback and evolving market trends.
3. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
· Partner with operations, sales and development teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.
· Lead planning and review meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned with the product goals and timelines.
· Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all phases of product development.
4. Resource & Risk Management:
· Manage program risks, budgets, and deadlines, ensuring all projects contribute to the long-term success of the Recover service.
· Utilize customer feedback, internal needs and competitive analysis to drive product improvements. Champion a customer-centric approach to product development.
· Define and oversee projects that drive overall program success.
· Ensure cross-collaboration between different projects and teams to optimize resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or a related field; Clinical experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of clinical services, including orthopedic specialties is required, experience as a clinical professional in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager, or Product Owner.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and experience in managing sprints, backlogs, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Proven experience in setting and executing project roadmaps.
- Experience leveraging customer insights to drive product development and enhance user experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
