Schedule: Full-Time / Onsite

Who we are, Ready Rebound:

Ready Rebound, a national leader in healthcare navigation and support, is dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare delivery for our First Responders. Committed to providing elite healthcare navigation services, our focus is on supporting the health and well-being of those on the front lines, including fire, police, and public works professionals.

The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the transformation of Ready Rebound’s core service platform. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for aligning business needs with technical solutions, owning the product vision for the platform, and ensuring successful delivery. You’ll lead stakeholder discovery, vendor selection, platform implementation, and the creation of internal products that extend our operational capabilities.

You’ll also serve as Scrum Master for our IT team, ensuring that our technical capacity, stakeholder needs, and delivery timelines stay aligned through relationships, structure, and communication.

This is a foundational role in the business — perfect for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the platform transformation: Drive the full lifecycle of our core platform upgrade — from stakeholder alignment and vendor selection to implementation and post-launch stability.
  • Facilitate discovery and prioritization: Conduct interviews across teams to define, document, and prioritize requirements based on business objectives.
  • Run the vendor selection process: Manage RFP, evaluation, scoring, and recommendation — aligned to clearly defined and prioritized needs.
  • Lead steering committee execution: Align cross-functional leaders around scope, milestones, risk, and delivery for platform implementation.
  • Drive implementation and rollout: Ensure the platform is launched on time and on budget, and is stable post-deployment.
  • Build internal products and tools: Extend the platform with custom workflows, data tools, and automations that create leverage across the business.
  • Serve as Scrum Master for the IT team: Manage sprint cycles, backlog grooming, and team cadence to bridge tech capability with business demand.
  • Connect technical and business stakeholders: Translate objectives into implementation plans and ensure communication is consistent, structured, and actionable.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or related roles.
  • Strong experience leading end-to-end product lifecycle across platform transformations or enterprise systems.
  • Proven ability to run structured discovery, document and prioritize complex requirements, and manage stakeholder alignment.
  • Familiarity with vendor selection and implementation processes (e.g. RFPs, scoring matrices, delivery planning).
  • Hands-on experience running Agile teams (Scrum Master or equivalent Agile facilitator).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to lead through influence, not authority.
  • Experience working closely with technical teams, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or service-based industries.

Why Join Us

  • Own a high-impact platform transformation from day one.
  • Work at the intersection of product, operations, and IT.
  • Help shape how our technology scales to serve First Responders nationwide.
  • Operate in a low-ego, high-trust team with autonomy and clear mission alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager, or Product Owner.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and experience in managing sprints, backlogs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Proven experience in setting and executing project roadmaps.
  • Experience leveraging customer insights to drive product development and enhance user experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Benefits and perks: Medical/Dental/Vision, Company Stock/Equity, 401K Plan, Life and Short/Long term disability insurance, Unlimited PTO, Parental Leave policy, flexible and fun work environment and more!
