Role Overview

The Provider Partner Manager plays a crucial role in executing Ready Rebound's mission. This position involves contacting, vetting, and establishing medical providers partnerships within an assigned region. The Manager will leverage Ready Rebound contacts, existing provider partners, and subject matter experts to build a robust roster of providers in new regions. Additionally, this role encompasses maintaining provider relationships, resolving member care issues, and collaborating closely with client navigation, sales, marketing, and client success teams to expedite the care process for injured members.

Key Responsibilities:

Provider Partner Development

  • Provider Identification: Research and identify healthcare providers within a designated region who meet our criteria for treating musculoskeletal injuries.
  • Outreach: Engage potential providers to introduce our network and evaluate their interest in participation.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of provider interactions, including contact details, responses, and notes.
  • Credentialing Support: Guide providers through expectations process to meet organizational standards.

Provider Relationship Management

  • Communication: Foster positive relationships with providers through regular communication, addressing any concerns.
  • Provider Education: Inform providers about our mission, expectations, and procedures for treating first responders.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as a liaison to resolve any challenges between providers and our organization. Resolve any potential issues between providers, Ready Rebound, and/or clients.

Reporting and Market Focus

  • Reports: Submit reports as needed highlighting activities, accomplishments, and challenges.
  • Market Assessment: Continually assess the market for opportunities to expand the provider network and optimize services for first responders.

Deliverables

  • Establish a provider roster or team adhering to Ready Rebound’s protocols for first responder care.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of potential and active providers, including contact information, notes, and status.
  • Provide weekly progress reports detailing activities, outcomes, and challenges.

Physical Requirements:

The role involves a dynamic work schedule that includes travel, face-to-face meetings, and remote work. Successful candidates must be able to meet the following physical requirements:

Travel: Ability to travel frequently by car and plane. Includes the capacity to manage travel logistics, adapt to varying schedules. Possess a valid driver’s license.

Face-to-Face Meetings: Ability to engage in face-to-face meetings with clients at their places of business. This may involve standing or sitting for long periods, carrying, and setting up presentation materials, and navigating various business environments.

Physical Needs: Manual dexterity, sensory abilities, lifting and carrying ability to manage company materials, laptops, presentation equipment which may involve lifting up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment:

This position is largely remote, requiring the establishment of a productive home office environment. To ensure success while working from home and on the road, the following conditions should be met:

Home Office Setup: A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions. This space should be ergonomically set up to promote prolonged periods of sitting or standing work, with adequate lighting and ventilation.

Technology Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet access is essential for telephonic, video conferencing, and electronic communication. The candidate must have, or be willing to set up, a home office with the necessary technology, including a computer with webcam, smartphone, and possibly a printer/scanner. Understanding and adherence to data security and privacy policies.

Availability: While the role offers flexibility, the candidate must be available during core business hours and for client meetings that may occasionally extend beyond traditional work hours, including different time zones.

Self-Discipline: Given the remote nature of the job, a high degree of self-discipline and time management skills is required to meet or exceed sales goals without direct, in-person supervision.
