  • Provide occasional on-call support and perform critical updates or maintenance during nights and weekends to accommodate our international team and minimize business disruption

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on IT administration experience, including expertise in Google Workspace management
  • Demonstrated experience supporting SaaS ecosystems and maintaining system security

  • Familiarity with the IT needs specific to organizations in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities with minimal supervision

Sound like the role for you? We’d love to hear from you! Even if you’re not 100% sure about potential fit, we still encourage you to apply. We’re looking for the right person, not the perfect series of checkboxes.
