WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Vice President of Finance to join our team. The VP of Finance will be a key driver of our financial strategy, providing deep insights and analysis to support data-driven decision-making at the highest level. This role is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in a startup environment and has a proven track record in scaling companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models.

- Performance Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to the executive team, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities that will drive business performance.

- Board Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and investors, ensuring clarity and transparency in all financial communications.

- Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting and management, ensuring the company has the necessary liquidity to support growth and operational needs.

- Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key strategic initiatives, such as fundraising, M&A, and new product launches, providing financial modeling and scenario analysis.

- Systems & Processes: Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 10+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a high-growth startup or tech company.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

- Skills:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics preferably in healthcare industry and startup financial dynamics.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
