Data Analyst Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. You will report to our Director of Implementations and Technical Solutions. In this role there are five primary responsibilities:
1. Creating and executing plans to ensure our repository of over 1,600 medication forms is accurate and up to date (e.g., enrollment forms, prior authorization forms, co-pay cards, and any other forms needed to power our solution)
2. Performing steps to register and verify providers and users so they may use our platform.
3. Working as a part of the support team to resolve client inquiries and issues.
4. Assisting the implementation team with project planning and tasks related to bringing new clients on-board.
5. Execute projects and initiatives to support process improvement and innovation of RxLightning internal processes, system enhancements, and user experience improvement.
A successful candidate for this role is an individual who is detail oriented, organized, manages their time well, has a willingness to learn, and communicates clearly with internal colleagues and end users of our platform.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Learning about the RxLightning product and use cases.
· Collaborate with other employees and teams to collect information to complete work.
· Entering and updating data from pdf forms and other documents into our database.
· Performing quality assurance checks on existing data.
· Responding to requests from the business and development teams.
· Processing user support tickets that involve data changes.
· Providing timely updates on status of work using a ticketing system
· Provide input and feedback on bugs/feature requests
· Update and close tickets in a timely manner
· Manage and maintain effective record keeping, organizing files to collect information for future use.
· Creates plans that break work into actionable steps then tracking towards completion.
Qualification Requirements:
· High school equivalent or higher
· Basic computer and typing skills
· Good working knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software (especially MS Excel).
· Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
· Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
· Detail-oriented.
· Project Management skills.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Communication skills (excellent listening skills, ability to articulate an issue, ability to develop recommendations and share the pros and cons)
· Organization and tracking skills.
· Azure Data Studio, Zendesk, Power BI, GitLab, and SQL experience (preferred)
