Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Mobile UI/UX Product Designer to join our core team and shape our mobile experience. You’ll play a central role in translating vision into thoughtful, user-focused design, helping turn strategy into real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design of our mobile product from early concepts to polished execution.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product to align design with technical considerations.
  • Have a user-centric approach in your work, making informed decisions through insights from user research, analytics, and testing.
  • Build and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Help define the product alongside the team, not just how it looks, but how it works.
  • Advocate for the prioritization of design-led improvements, refinements, and improvements

Who We’re Looking For

  • 5-8 years of mobile UI/UX design experience (iOS and/or Android).
  • 3+ years with a specialized focus on UX/UI development
  • Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Canva or other industry-standard design tools.
  • Experience in wireframing, prototyping and creating production-ready designs.
  • Experience in user research and turning insights into design decisions.
  • Strong grasp of color theory, typography, iconography, with an intuition for creating visually balanced and appealing designs
  • Strong strategic thinking, able to weigh trade-offs and make informed data-driven choices.
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally and closely with engineers.
  • Motivated by working in a small, tight-knit team toward a shared vision.
